Confidant Health is the only app that makes it easy to find a licensed therapist or clinician in your area. You can use it to find them. We have a chatbot that makes it easy for you to connect with them online, book an appointment on the go with your mobile device, and connect smoothly without having to give them any personal information about yourself. Also, there are no hidden fees because the prices are shown before you book a service.
The Confidant Health App
To make sure the Confidant team can best assist you, download the Confidant Health app from either Google Play or Apple iOS. You’ll be connected with a staff member immediately!
Enrollment Call
The Confidant app will connect you to our virtual office manager who’ll direct and orient you about all treatment options available. Enrollment Calls are optional, but incredibly helpful to get familiarized in the app.
First Virtual Appointment
Our virtual office manager will set you up with a prescriber, recovery coach, or a counselor/therapist, depending on your needs.
Post-Virtual Appointment
The assigned prescriber, recovery coach, or counselor/therapist will make recommendations on how you can best engage with the Confidant app and care team.
Chat with Matchmaker
Should you have any other concerns, questions, or suggestions, you can always send a message to your matchmaker, who will respond as soon as possible.
