ReVAMP is a digital behavior change program. It asks you questions about your goals, your values, your recent activities, and your feelings.ReVAMP helps you create a decision making framework by recognizing your core values and puts together a plan utilizing 689 pieces of interactive content and healthbots.ReVAMP keeps you accountable and growing through reminders and check-ins.

Confidant Health’s team of technologists, therapists, coaches and prescribers worked in tandem to create ReVAMP.ReVAMP is optimized over time using our data to provide person-centered care.When you start with ReVAMP where you go is up to you, however you have a great guide to help you on your way.

How much does ReVAMP cost?

It's free! Even if you decide to use other services outside of ReVAMP, Confidant Health has a Community Payment Model. This means if you can’t afford to cover the costs of care, like visits with clinicians or therapists, you’re able to pay what you can. If you find value in this model, you can pay it forward to other community members.

How long does ReVAMP take to set up?

The time it takes differs by person. It is a good idea to set aside around 20 minutes to get started.

If you’d prefer to go through ReVAMP in smaller chunks or take breaks that’s okay too! You don’t have to do it all at once. Do it when you have time and come back to it whenever you want.

Is ReVAMP required to use Confidant Health?

It is not required. We think it makes your experience with us much better so we highly encourage it. However, if you’re looking to connect with a prescriber, therapist, or coach on a more urgent matter, you have the ability to skip ReVAMP and come back to it later.

What is the science behind ReVAMP?

ReVAMP was built by our team of clinicians and technologists to reflect the latest research into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Transtheoretical Model (Stages of Change), and Motivational Interviewing.

We believe in an evidence-based approach that is optimized over time based on outcomes. Our passion to help you gets us out of bed in the morning, but data guides us to provide care in the most effective way possible.

Are the plans customizable?

Yes! You can add or remove your activities, check-ins, DIY therapeutic tools, healthbots, and suggested connections to prescribers or therapists. You control your plan throughout ReVAMP.

Who is ReVAMP for?

ReVAMP offers pathways to help improve quality of life and mental health, support loved ones, and change substance use behaviors. It is a good fit if you're unsure where to start with Confidant Health and our services.

It also helps you to navigate to the best and most relevant content within the app. ReVAMP highlights what's most important to you in your journey and focuses on building habits that lead to hitting your goals.

What are the steps involved in ReVAMP?

  1. Log into the Confidant Health app.
  2. Answer a series of questions about your goals, values, recent activities, and feelings.
  3. ReVAMP will help you refine down to your core values.
  4. The DIY behavior change program then creates a customizable plan for you with DIY therapeutic tools, healthbots, and sometimes connections to prescribers or therapists when clinically indicated.
  5. Next subtract any items from the plan that aren't a fit for you.
  6. ReVAMP allows you to set check-ins on activities you want to do more of.
  7. The program also asks follow-up questions about whether your recent activities are in alignment with the core values you set and the goals you have.
  8. You can track your progress and reflect on your journey throughout the ReVAMP experience.
