Access care in your budget with confidence

Cost should never prevent people from getting help for their mental health or substance use. That's why Confidant works with most insurance companies. If you don't have insurance, we can offer care on a sliding scale.

Your wellbeing is priceless, let us help you get started.

So how does the Community Payment Model work?

Confidant Health works with most insurance providers to ensure access to care, including many Mediciad plans.

If you don't have insurance and can't afford to cover the cost of care, many Confidant Health providers offer care on a sliding fee scale.

One-on-one appointments

When you book a one-on-one service with Confidant, you pay for the visit up front - no mystery bills down the road. If you can’t afford to cover the cost of a visit, the community covers the difference.

Many guests that rely on community support to access services initially are able to contribute after working with Confidant to reach their goals.

Groups and Challenges

Groups help our guests thrive and we want to make them accessible to everyone. We recommend a contribution amount following group sessions (usually $10), but you can contribute whatever you’d like.

Every dollar contributed for group sessions, workshops, or challenges is paid forward to support one-on-one care for individuals who can’t currently afford it.

App subscriptions

Confidant has an optional app subscription. You might be asking yourself, “Why would anyone pay an optional subscription?”

Our app subscription is the equivalent of a monthly contribution to the Confidant community, 100% of which support one-on-one care for members of our community.
