What to expect from virtual care with Confidant
We built the Confidant app and our provider network from the ground up to support high-quality addiction care for individuals and caregivers.
1 in 3 Americans have a family member or close friend that is impacted by addiction but historically, most people don't get help, and if they do, it's usually very late in the addiction cycle. With Confidant, virtual addiction care is easy to access, affordable, and will help you reach your goals.
Confidant providers care about your priorities.
While Confidant providers specialize in drug use, it’s not their only focus. Half of individuals with a substance use disorder also have a co-occurring mental health condition, such as anxiety or depression, and many suffer from past trauma and insomnia as well.
Research shows that treating addiction in isolation without addressing other factors is ineffective. That's why we take a holistic approach.
Confidant providers are there when you need them.
Virtual therapy and clinical appointments makes care more accessible. We know you have other obligations, like your career, school, or family, so we want to offer services that fit into your life. That's why our providers outside have availability outside of 9-5 and on the weekends too.
With Confidant, there's no more traveling to doctor's offices or therapy appointments. This adds a level of discretion and convenience that our members love.
Confidant providers help the whole family, biological & chosen.
Addiction impacts the whole family. When a loved one is misusing drugs and alcohol, it can wreak havoc on relationships, elevate stress levels, and cause trauma. Financial and legal troubles compound these issues. Caring for caregivers is one of Confidant's specialties. Whether you're trying to help a loved one navigate treatment or need your own support, we are here to help.
Confidant providers work with family members and caregivers to improve communication, strategize, and rebuild trust.
