I live to help others find the relief and joy of recovery. I work especially well with someone who has tried more than once but not been able to stay clean, sober or happy. I've been there myself and know what it is like to feel utterly and entirely beaten. But I also know how to give support, guidance, connection and resources to put you in the best position to be free from addiction and get on with rebuilding and living your best life. I am certified by both the CT Certification Board and the IC&RC and pride myself on keeping up with the best coaching techniques.
