Peach Mocktini Recipe
Fresh fruit is one of the best things about spring and summer. And what more refreshing than a fruity chilled beverage?
Understandably, not everyone drinks alcohol as many others do at this time of year. However, that doesn’t mean that you should sit out of every activity that comes your way this summer.
The Confidant Sober Summer Series is all about making summer activities more enjoyable and inclusive for all. Whatever your reason for passing on the booze this summer, it doesn’t mean you can’t have fun or enjoy the sweet nectar of the season.
This week, we took on a brunch favorite, Peach Bellinis, capturing the fruity goodness without any alcohol.
Instead of the bubbly champagne it’s usually paired with, we put a spin on the classic favorite by substituting another classic favorite, Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider. Get all of the fun without the hangover the next day.
Stop by your local supermarket and pick up some peaches while they’re still in season and help yourself to one of these refreshing virgin drinks. They’re great for parties, picnics, graduations, and even baby showers.

Four ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
12 frozen strawberries
A bottle of Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider
Four chilled champagne flutes (optional)
Cut and peel your peaches. While the fibrous skin on the outside is hardly noticeable once blended, it sometimes makes for a smoother experience and less pulp in the end, trust us.
Add your peaches, frozen strawberries, and agave nectar to the blender.
Chill your champagne glasses. (Optional)
Pour your puree in your champagne glasses. Straining is optional.
Tilt your glasses at a 45 degree angle to avoid too much foam and spilling.
Top them off with Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider.
Slice a small slit in the top of your peach slices from earlier and garnish.
